Sprints Refund Policy
At IntoGames.org, our Sprint courses have limited spaces. When you enrol in a Sprint course, your seat is reserved exclusively for you, preventing another participant from joining if the course reaches maximum capacity. To minimise last-minute cancellations and ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following policies:
Please note, no refunds or transfers are available after the first week of the course.
REFUNDS
- Full Refunds: If you contact us at least 14 days before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Partial Refunds: You can receive a partial refund within the first week of the Sprint course, subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are available after the first week.
TRANSFERS
Participants may transfer to a future cohort up until the first week of the Sprint course at no additional cost instead of requesting a refund:
- Transfers must be used within 12 months of the original course start date.
- Participants are allowed only one transfer.
- Opting for a transfer voids the possibility of a refund.
